In-house team. While an in-house team provides a different kind of stability and consistency within a company, the cost of a senior designer position is expensive. In addition, different tasks may require different specialists.
Freelance or self-employed designers offer flexibility and faster designs at a relatively lower cost, but hiring an individual can have some limitations - limited work capacity due to programme unavailability, workload or lack of knowledge. A freelance designer is a good option if you are looking for the one style of design in which a freelance designer specialises.
Traditional design agencies provide quality, a wide range of services and professionalism, but at a significantly higher price. Often, communication in an agency is handled by several people, which creates the risk of incomplete transmission and reception. This in turn can prolong the development process and hinder the creation of a design that meets the client's needs.
As an alternative, we offer Dezaın Studıo, a subscription service that encompasses the quality and professionalism of an agency while maintaining the flexibility and speed of freelancing.

After subscription: when you finish paying, the process begins. You will be added to Dezain Studio's communication platform Slack and project management platform Notion. These two platforms will serve as our main communication hub.
Unlimited requests: once your subscription is set up, you can start submitting tasks on Notion (a video tutorial will be available soon). Each assignment is given maximum attention and is developed one at a time (or two at a time in our Pro plan). Throughout the process, you'll be able to see the projects and the progress they've made.
Efficiency and growth: when you are fully satisfied with the finished design, we will move on to the next submitted task. While we take care of your design needs, you can focus on what's important - growth and development!
It means that you can submit as many design tasks and revisions as you need, regardless of the plan you choose. The designer will work on them one by one, but with the Pro plan you can speed up the design - we'll work on two tasks at the same time. To get the most out of your plan, we recommend you keep your task list full and active.
Our priority is to fully achieve your design vision, so you can request multiple design revisions and always submit changes to the design brief.
Most design briefs are completed within 1-3 working days on average. Design briefs vary widely in nature. For more complex design briefs (e.g. brand identity) we will break the work down into phases.
We recommend using the Notion, project management system to submit your assignment, but you can also send us an assignment via Slack or our email.
Using Notion, create a new submission and describe your desired design brief. A detailed description and additional materials will help us better understand your vision.
A brand material database is created in each client's profile, where all brand elements such as logos, colours, typefaces and images are stored. These files are actively updated to ensure brand consistency and development at all times.

There are two options:
1. Subscribe to the service and when the assignment is complete, you can pause the plan and come back when you need the next design.
2. Dezaın Studıo also offers single assignment development. For these designs the price is calculated individually.
We understand that the number of design assignments may vary from month to month. You may only need one or two design assignments. This is where the pause subscription feature comes in handy. Billing cycles are based on the number of days in a month or a year.
Let's say you subscribe to a monthly plan, use the service for 23 days and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you will have 7 days left to use the service in the future.
If you are still not satisfied with Dezaın Studıo, you can cancel your subscription, but no refund will be issued.
